Jennifer Lommers

Jennifer’s art career began at the foothills of the cascades, surrounded by the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by her surroundings, intuition would guide her across the canvas, building layers of texture and color within the organic creation of line, texture, and shape. Adding mixed media and collage work to her process allows Jennifer to explore her art-making with a new curiosity about her materials and the various relationships she shares with the environment, the progression of time, and her community. Using drawings, paper castings, fiber-based art, and printmaking techniques combined with her experience in acrylic and oil painting, Jennifer is creating thoughtfully considered wall pieces and installations, hoping to share a world full of magical potential.
