Store Policies
Order Fulfillment
All original art, note cards, and select store items are packaged and shipped personally by Jennifer from her Oregon studio, Monday thru Thursday. Preparing an order for shipment generally takes 1-3 days. Any delays in order preparation will be communicated as soon as possible via email.
Shipping
While the intent is to ship via the method requested by the customer, the final shipping carrier is chosen at the sole discretion of Jennifer Lommers LLC. First Class is Jennifer’s preferred choice for orders up to 16 oz. Priority Mail upgrades may occur automatically if the shipping cost difference is negligible. UPS is preferred for Original Art over 5 lbs, oversize, or shipped with a framing option. Other carriers may be chosen for items shipping from a third party. The tracking number and carrier information will be provided at the time of shipment.
Returns
Returns are accepted for Store Credit only. A discount code for the credit amount will be provided upon the return of the item in good condition within 30 days of purchase. Return shipping charges are not included in the credit. A restocking fee of 5% may be deducted from the original order amount for orders over $500.
Framing Services
Framing services are available for original art at the discretion of the artist. Photographs of the actual frame will be included with items with this option. Customers may choose to order the item unframed or may choose an option to include the frame, as shown, if available at the time of purchase. Substitutions are not readily available.
Digital Downloads
Files for digital downloads are formatted as PDFs unless otherwise stated. A download link will be automatically provided at the time of purchase. The link expires 24 hours after purchase, however, a new link will be sent to the email address used for purchase if the initial 24-hour period is exceeded.
Memberships
Memberships including items (such as Annual Card Clubs) are available through the Studio Store. Additional memberships and subscriptions to Jennifer’s art, notes, and writings, are available on Patreon and Substack - with MORE options coming in 2024!
